Ordered three shirts from New Forest Clothing and found a number of faults with them. Firstly the sizes were incorrect, they were far too big and also the material for the shirts came from different dye batches and also the patterns do not match either. The shirts were made in Bangladesh. This was the first time I had ordered anything from New Forest Clothing and it will be the last.

Ordered some t-shirts from new forest which turned out to be too small, the quality and service from.this company is very very good! Upon contacting them and explaining the situation there was no hesitation in offering a refund or exchange with free p&p! Would highly recommend this company to anyone

Just make sure the product you are buying is 100% what you want, as any postage for purchase and sending back is not refunded. Bought some trousers, £55.90, £5.99 delivery and £3.00 to send back so £8.99 in postage for something that wasn't right for me.

Have bought several items from New Forest Clothing and the experience has always been good, and products great. Unfortunately I had an issue with an older jacket and reached out to them for assistance. I believe the measure of a good company is not only how easy it is to buy but also how much support you get after the sale. In this case, Paul R was more than helpful and went 'the extra mile' without prompt. I can thoroughly recommend this company from personal experience.

Second time I have used this company and have to state that I have been very impressed. Good quality clothing at a fair price. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Rapid delivery. Excellent returns and after sales support. First rate all round.

The products I wanted were in stock and at a fair price. I ordered Sunday evening and the goods were delivered Tuesday morning. The goods were well packaged and the delivery was via Royal Mail (I won't buy from retailers that use Hermes or UPS) and tracking was spot on.
There was also a pre-paid return label and instructions incase the garments did not fit - but they were a good fit (thanks to the accurate size guide on their website).
I'd buy from them again.

Hi, just received my order from NFC unfortunately the item didn't fit, but as delivery was spot on and trackable and returns procedure easy with printed returns labels etc, I'm giving 5 stars as their website easy to navigate and the whole experience was positive, I will use again in the future.

Got to be 5 stars for this team. products are of good quality and the return system is seamless if you mis- size. fast delivery and good communications all round. Should be best practice in the industry.

I recently purchased online a camouflage t-shirt, which sadly turned out to be mis-represented. It was described as 100% cotton when in fact it was 100% polyester. I called to discuss the return situation and I have to say, my experience with a chap by the name of Liam exemplified best practice for customer service. He listened, apologised, immediately went online to change the description and hopefully avert any further potential problems in this matter and then to end, promptly offered me a discount on any further purchases for the inconvenience caused. Although I didn’t purchase anything else, I would quite happily buy again and recommend Liam and New Forest Clothing.

Have ordered a number of items of clothing from these guy's. All have been accurate to size and great quality. Delivery is prompt and efficient. Will keep ordering...

I've been trying to return a fault shirt for three days now - so much for a 24hr response!
Just as well there are plenty of other clothing retailers more deserving of my hard earned money!
